1. Holder details

In compliance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI), the user is informed that the website domaincuore.com is owned by Precedo Inversiones S.L., tax ID B76138932 (VIES: ESB76138932), with registered address at C. Aguadulce 13, Portal 3, 2ºE, 35004 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Legal contact email: hi@domaincuore.com.

2. Purpose of the service

DomainCuore is an online marketplace operating descending-price auctions (Dutch auctions) of expired or pending-release domain names. The service includes intermediation, the technical capture of the domain, escrow of the buyer’s payment until delivery, and subsequent settlement to partners. The domain is delivered to the buyer by means of a transfer authorisation code (authCode) that allows the buyer to move it to another registrar.

3. Conditions of use

Accessing and using domaincuore.com grants the user condition and implies full acceptance of the conditions set out in this Legal Notice, the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. The user agrees to use the service in accordance with the law, good faith and public order. Any use of the service for unlawful purposes, in breach of third-party rights, or that may hinder the proper operation of the platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the website (text, trademarks, logos, images, source code, graphic design and structure) is the property of Precedo Inversiones S.L. or of third parties that have licensed its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Reproduction, distribution or public communication without express consent is prohibited. The transfer authorisation code (authCode) delivered to the buyer is a technical key to transfer the domain and does not grant any right over the DomainCuore brand.

5. Liability

DomainCuore does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service or the total absence of technical errors. The capture of a domain during the drop is a competitive process involving multiple actors (registry, registrar, backorder providers); DomainCuore acts as intermediary and, when capture is not possible, refunds the full amount received in accordance with its refund policy. In any case, DomainCuore’s liability is limited to the amounts effectively paid by the user in the relevant transaction.

6. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data collected through this website is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). For further information, the user may consult the Privacy Policy, where the purposes, legal bases, processors and procedure for exercising their rights are detailed.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by applicable Spanish and European law. To resolve any disputes arising from their interpretation or application, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain), except where procedural or consumer-protection regulations mandatorily establish a different jurisdiction.
